Logo Guidelines
How to place, size, colour and protect the COZ CLUB logo and emblem.
01 / Purpose
Thinking Global, Acting Local!
To Connect, Consult, CoServe and Capitalize the small and medium businesses, so the right product and service is delivered globally at the right price, to the right place, in the right time.
01 / Principles
Honesty. Sincerity. Integrity.
What the name carries
COZ is a manifestation of cause, which is Make in India, Make for the World. CLUB is an alliance of Producers and Providers.
Why the mark is protected
Brand Identity. Brand Recognition. Brand Valuation. Every legacy is known by a logo, and an emblem carries the essence of who we are.
The one rule
Every margin is half the height of the mark it protects.
Measure the mark as placed, call it H. Half of H is the minimum clear space on all four sides. Because the margin comes from the mark itself, it scales automatically at every size.
02 / The marks
Two assets, one system
Primary logo
5.384 : 1Emblem
1 : 1Always place from the master SVG. Never redraw, re-type or trace the wordmark. The emblem takes over wherever the wordmark would fall below its minimum size.
03 / Tagline lockup
Left aligned by default
Left aligned
PreferredCentre aligned
OkCarlito Bold only, all caps, tracked +60. Centre alignment is measured on the wordmark, from the C to the B, never on the registered mark.
03 / Tagline construction
Everything derives from H
04 / Clear space
X = H ÷ 2
Keep the exclusion zone free of type, imagery, rules, buttons, edges and other logos. The finished zone measures (W + H) × 2H. More space is always fine. Less never is.
04 / Clear space

Print minimum is 40 mm wide for the logo and 8 mm for the emblem. The tagline lockup needs 240 px or 60 mm, below which the tagline comes off.
06 / Backgrounds
Always a solid, even ground

OkOver imagery
Never over photography, gradients or patterns. If artwork must carry the logo, reserve a solid panel and apply the clear space inside that panel.
07 / Co-branding
Separate, equal, COZ CLUB first
The gap each side of the divider is ½H, the same unit as clear space, so the two brands sit exactly H apart. Match optical height, not bounding box. Both marks full colour, or both reversed, never one of each.

12 to 18 pxCalibri, Cochin and Cambria for anything that leaves as a file. Carlito and Archivo for the website and product. The wordmark is drawn artwork in both, so never re-typeset it. The tagline is the one exception: always Carlito Bold.

Creatives, ads, emails, messages, documents, reports. Even a casual chat or a quick note. No exceptions, and OF is capitalised in the CLUB lines too. Each sibling carries its CLUB line in the same slot COZ CLUB uses for THE GLOBAL BUSINESS PLATFORM.

Never place the full colour emblem on brand orange, blue or green either: the ring loses one of its three colours against the ground.

In the tagline lockups the tagline is converted to outlines, so no font needs installing. Use the logo maker at /logo to pick one and export at any size. Take them from there, never from an email.
One unit runs the whole system
Half the height of the mark. It sets the clear space, the gap between the logo and the tagline at half again, and the separation in every co-brand lockup.
